In homage to his father Francis, who as early as the 1960s was convinced that the untapped wealth of the Languedoc terroirs could produce great wines, Robert Skalli focuses all his know-how on making a great Languedoc wine which can hold its head high amongst the best in France.


As a great wine can only stem from a great terroir, selection of the plots, which began in 1994, was done with the utmost care. From pruning to harvest, the vines, now in their prime, are given the traditional care and attention to enable them to flourish and produce perfectly ripened fruit at the right time for harvesting.


At the end of the vinification process conducted with patience and art, the dream of the wines comes true; long maceration releases the fruit's aromas and substance and the wine matures for 18 months in oak barrels to ensure the fullness of its complexity.


Based on a tradition of excellence and made in small quantities, F. Chardonnay, F. Merlot and F. Cabernet Sauvignon in their beautiful bottles express the essential nature of their variety.
